In this session we will take a critical look at higher order thinking skills through Bloom’s Digital Taxonomy and how it relates to the new Common Core State Standards. Participants will evaluate student’s digital products. We will examine the level of complexity to determine where it lies along Bloom’s digital taxonomy and explore ways to move students’ toward the higher order thinking and challenged-based learning. We will showcase digital resources and Web 2.0 tools that students can use.
