Elizabeth Moore is a retired educational consultant who served in education for 30 years as a general education and special education teacher, high school assistant principal, and as the alternative education principal for the Placentia-Yorba Linda School District. As her tenure she supervised the alternative education programs including adult education, independent study, home and hospital instruction and summer school programs. She is the current president of the California Consortium for Independent Study and is a member of the CCIS Compliance Team training educators in independent study education regulations.
